QuickExit

Terms

Version 1.0, effective 2026-10-21

1. Platform and operator

These terms govern use of QuickExit, accounts, property submissions and buying-interest registration. Operator: New Masters for Marketing and PR («نيو ماسترز للتسويق و العلاقات العامه»), Citadel Tower, Business Bay, Dubai; info@quickexit.ae; +971585577271.

Real-estate transactions are handled by Weam Elnaggar Real Estate («شركة وئام النجار للعقارات») as a strategic real-estate partner licensed by the Dubai Land Department.

QuickExit is a platform brand, not a government authority, developer or guarantor. Any required authority or licence for an activity or transaction must be established by its own evidence; accepting these terms does not establish it.

2. Accounts and proper use

Public pages may be browsed without an account; private services require the approved verification process. Customers use a WhatsApp code, while staff use authorized accounts. Provide accurate information, protect your sign-in method and notify us of unauthorized use.

Do not impersonate an owner, supply false documents or data you lack authority to use, bypass property eligibility, pricing or permit rules, access another person’s files or disrupt the service. Permission to view information does not authorize changing it or using it for another purpose.

3. Property submissions

The public process is for owners who bought directly from a developer and wish to resell in Dubai, subject to current eligibility requirements. External agents cannot submit properties. Special cases are not automatically eligible simply because they can be submitted; the team identifies necessary verification, authority and lawful handling.

The full asking price must not exceed the full net purchase price after documented cash incentives. Approved comparison rules depend on property status and reference; a single discount requirement does not apply indiscriminately to ready and off-plan properties or every reference. The amount payable to the seller alone is not the full price where obligations remain on the unit.

4. Submission, review and publication

Saving a draft is different from submitting for review, and submission is different from publication approval. Further information or verification may be required; a request may be paused or declined with its status explained through the established process.

Publication requires the applicable details, documents, approvals, authority and permit. An account or completed form alone does not publish a property. Review approval does not itself guarantee every third-party fact or the outcome of a transaction.

5. Prices, offers and exclusivity

Price references and differences are source- and date-specific comparisons, not official valuations or guaranteed investment returns. The team follows up on enquiries and coordinates with the parties; an interest click, call or conversation is not final acceptance of a price.

The final price requires owner approval through the approved documented process. Exclusivity is optional under platform policy; its term and effects follow the actual agreement and its dates. These terms do not cancel a valid existing obligation or create an unwritten penalty.

6. Fees, agreements and funds

Applicable commission, fees and taxes are explained before agreement and recorded in the appropriate document. General platform settings do not recalculate an existing agreement. Submission or buying-interest registration alone does not create an additional unagreed commission.

The website does not create a wallet or escrow account. A screen, transfer image or “sold” status is not proof of receipt or title transfer. Do not transfer funds based on an unverified message; payments depend on the appropriate documentation, authorized recipient and approved actual process. These terms do not grant new authority to hold client funds.

7. Buying interest and reviews

Buying-interest registration enables follow-up on your requirements. It does not confirm matching inventory, reserve a property or guarantee price or availability. Messaging or automated matching occurs only where an enabled service has been clearly described to you.

Reviews must concern genuine experiences under the verification process. Moderation addresses impersonation, abuse and disclosure of private information. Positive reviews are not a condition of service, and a review is not rejected merely for being negative. Identified violations may be addressed without inventing a replacement experience.

8. Assistant and platform content

Assistant answers and general comparisons help identify an appropriate next step; verify important information through the team and relevant documents. They are not personal legal or financing advice, a guaranteed return, or a replacement for approval or an official procedure. A response does not authorize publication, payment or changes outside account permissions.

Content owners retain their rights. By submitting property materials, you allow their necessary use for review, authorized publication and follow-up under your agreement, privacy and third-party rights. This is not a general transfer of ownership or permission to market your personal data for other purposes.

9. Availability, problems and responsibility

Updates may be delayed and the service may be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons. We explain and reasonably address errors but do not guarantee a sale, completion time, external approval or uninterrupted availability of every service.

These terms do not exclude liability imposed by law or remove non-waivable rights. No monetary liability cap, agreed damages or general waiver of claims is introduced here. Misuse may be restricted proportionately, with reasons explained and existing rights and obligations preserved.

10. Complaints, changes and law

For enquiries or complaints, contact info@quickexit.ae or the listed phone number and include the request reference, without passwords or verification codes.

The approved version displays its effective date. Changes apply to subsequent use as appropriate and do not automatically rewrite earlier agreements or consents. Applicable UAE law governs these terms, preserving mandatory rights. The courts of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from use of the platform. The Arabic and English versions intend the same meaning; Arabic is the reference if wording differs, to the extent legally permitted.
