1. Who we are and scope

Real-estate transactions are handled by Weam Elnaggar Real Estate («شركة وئام النجار للعقارات») as a strategic real-estate partner licensed by the Dubai Land Department.

This policy explains how we process data when you browse, create an account, submit a property, register buying interest or contact the team. It does not establish an unverified licensing status or replace a brokerage agreement, sale agreement or listing authorization.

2. Data we process

Depending on the services you use, data may include:

• Your phone number, name, sign-in information, verification records and sessions.
• Property and project details, area, specifications, prices, instalments, incentives, comparison references and confidential negotiation limit.
• Documents submitted for review, such as the purchase agreement, payment statement and proof of identity, together with photos and plans.
• Preferred areas, approximate budget, property type and buying-interest status.
• Requests, enquiries, offers, approvals, follow-up, reviews and communications through enabled services.
• Limited operational and security information, including usage times, errors, sign-in attempts and staff actions.
• Chat or voice content if you use an enabled assistant, and optional measurement data if you consent.

We do not ask for an external account password or full payment-card details in chat. Upload only what the review requires, and provide another person’s data only with the necessary authority and purpose.

3. Purposes

We use data to verify accounts, save and review requests, address missing information, communicate about requests, check eligibility and pricing and listing requirements, manage related interest, offers and agreements within the applicable permissions, and secure and troubleshoot the platform.

Consent, marketing and optional measurement are handled separately from your core request. We process what is needed for the requested service or applicable obligations and obtain consent where required. Submission does not automatically authorize unrelated marketing or publication of your private data.

4. Public information and access

A property becomes public only after listing approval and completion of its requirements. We display the authorized listing information and photos; we do not publish the unit number, identity evidence, private documents or confidential negotiation limit in the public listing.

Team access depends on role, assignment and work requirements. A public property or review does not make the owner’s remaining file public. We may share the necessary information with parties involved in an authorized review or transaction, or to meet a legal obligation, within the purpose and limits of that disclosure.

5. Providers and international processing

We may use hosting, storage, communications, WhatsApp, technical-support and enabled optional-service providers. They do not receive unrestricted authority to use your files.

Private infrastructure does not mean all processing occurs in the UAE: some providers may process data abroad. Provider selection and disclosure are subject to the necessary purpose, safeguards and legal basis. Information about actual providers and purposes is available through the updated policy or by contacting us. We do not enable a provider to process private data before completing the required controls.

6. Cookies and campaign measurement

We use cookies needed for sign-in, security and storing privacy choices. Subject to your relevant choice, we may also use optional measurement or advertising tools, or a short-lived cookie recording the source of a campaign visit. The campaign-source cookie is recorded and used only with your measurement consent.

When enabled and consented to, tools may include Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and Snapchat. Application payloads are limited to permitted events and public references; we do not include your phone number, documents or negotiation limit. Platforms may nevertheless receive connection information, such as IP address and browser information, when their tools load. We therefore do not describe these connections as fully anonymous.

You can change your choice through privacy settings. Declining optional measurement does not prevent submission. Withdrawal stops subsequent optional collection and removes unused source cookies under the applicable controls; it does not mean every past record is erased where lawful retention remains necessary.

7. Communications and marketing

We use your provided channel to respond to and follow up on your request. The team may also contact a seller about a saved property request that has not been completed, to help complete or follow up on it. Consent to property or buying-interest follow-up is not general consent to marketing messages. Optional marketing requires its own choice, and you may request that it stop using the contact details above.

8. Assistant and AI

If you use the enabled assistant, we may process your question and its contents to generate a response from information you are authorized to access. The assistant does not grant access to other people’s files, and its response does not replace owner approval, an agreement, a financial decision or an official procedure.

Voice services and transmission of private data to an external provider depend on the necessary controls and disclosures. Private documents and conversations are not used to train a general-purpose model merely because they are processed for the service; any such additional use requires a separate basis and appropriate disclosure. Avoid entering sensitive information unnecessary for your question.

9. Retention and security

We retain data as needed for its purpose and, where applicable, agreements, obligations, complaints and legal claims, then delete or irreversibly de-identify it under the approved retention schedule. Periods differ by category; removing a listing does not erase transaction records that must be retained.

Backups and logs follow their defined cycles and restricted access. We apply appropriate safeguards without promising that every breach or interruption is impossible. We do not intentionally retain unnecessary data merely because it might be useful later.

10. Requests, rights and updates

Contact info@quickexit.ae to request information about your data, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent or other available rights under applicable law. We verify identity as appropriate and explain the response, any necessary retention and applicable exceptions. Withdrawal does not itself invalidate lawful processing before withdrawal.

You may complain to us without limiting your right to approach the competent authority. Updates identify their version and effective date, and renewed consent is obtained where required. Updating the policy is not automatic consent to a new purpose.
