The team reviews the full net purchase price and the available comparison reference. Comparison requirements differ between ready and off-plan properties and can be explained during the review.
Is a sale or completion time guaranteed?
No sale or completion time is guaranteed. It depends on the property, price, buyer demand and completion of the required steps.
How do I track my request, and what are the fees?
Track the status and missing information in your account; contact with the team goes through the platform. Applicable fees and terms are explained before agreement; agreements and offer approvals follow their established processes.
